Our Story
We’re a mother-daughter real estate investment team and proud Gloucester County residents who started Ciao Bella Homes LLC in 2025 to build something meaningful—for our family and our community.

After retiring early from a long career in public service, I (Ivana) began learning about real estate and became a licensed New Jersey REALTOR®. My daughter, Hannah, joined me while pursuing her degree in elementary education. Together, we discovered the many creative ways to buy and restore homes—and decided to use that knowledge to help people facing tough transitions.

We’re passionate about leaving people and places better than we found them, keeping homes local, and preserving their stories rather than selling them off to large development companies.
Our Roots and Why We Do This
Our Italian heritage taught us the values of family, hard work, and craftsmanship. I grew up watching my father renovate homes—often while living in them mid-project! Years later, my husband and I built our home in Gloucester County, where we raised our three children.

Like many families, we’ve experienced ups and downs—including bankruptcy and downsizing from a house we loved. Those moments gave us empathy, grit, and perspective that guide how we help homeowners today.
